A second, twin bedded room available for groups of 4 in the same party, sharing the private bathroom. This room is available at £40 per night.

Self cater. Well equiped, large modern kitchen with breakfast bar or use of the dining room. No meals to be eaten in the bedrooms. There is a separate fridge and cupboard for your provisions. Reasonable use of washing machine included.

Near A39,easy access to Barnstaple/Bideford/Bude. Across from Saunton Sands. Site of Royal ND Golf Club, oldest GC in England & Wales. 2 miles of sandy beach (Blue Flag) known as Golden Bay. Village well served by amenities: co-op, corner shop, butcher, chemist, post office, pubs and restaurants/cafes/Chinese takeaway all a short distance from the house.
