Large master bedroom and connected bathroom with private Entry + yard. Flat in the upscale Madison Park neighborhood.

1 mile from Lake Washington and .75 miles from downtown Seattle. 2 blocks from the Arboretum and directly on bus lines. This house is clean and very comfortable.
