New 360 sq ft studio with queen bed, full bath, kitchen (stove not in yet), gas fireplace, hardwood floors and oriental rug, private deck overlooking stream with waterfall and 150 acre private golf course. Private entrance through garden and patio area, attached to house, on quiet street 2 miles from downtown.
Possibility of whole house being available: 2-3 BR with 3 full baths.
I have 2 well-behaved short-hair dogs and no kids or other pets. Absolutely no smoking. WiFi.
