This is a really pleasant cosy room on the ground floor of my house, there is a view out into my town yard, which i am attempting to rescue from the puppies that decimated every single flower this summer. The room has a high ceiling and is light and airy. You will be welcome to be part of the family in the sitting room and meals are usually served in the Kitchen.
The bathroom is shared with the rest of the family, but there is also a second ground floor toilet. We have no shower, only a bath.

Central Dumfries is a small county town in South-west Scotland. The area is great for walking & cycling; the town is close to some of the best mountain cycling tracks in the world. Dumfries and Galloway has a wealth of cultural and historical sites to visit, including Drumlanrig Castle the seat of the Dukes of Buccleuch, the Solway Firth, Castle Douglas is the local food town; Lockerbie hosts a Jazz festival, and Wigtown the Book festival, so there’s always plenty to do and see.
