Reliability rating
Here at Crashpadder we try to give you as much information on fellow members as we possibly can. Obviously you can:
- check out their profiles
- their Facebook pages and Twitter feeds
- you can even pop them a message or two
But what if that's STILL not enough!?
That's where the reliability rating comes in...
This is a score, shown as a percentage, which gives you an impression of how this member has acted in the past, and what kind of experience you're likely to have with them. It takes into account the following:
- How quickly they respond to emails
- Positive feedback from other members
- Accepting bookings and paying for rooms
It is also possible to top up your reliability rating by working to respond to all emails and booking requests (whether you accept of decline them). Getting positive feedback should also help.
