What information do we collect?

We collect information from you when you register on our site or place an order.

When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, mailing address, and phone number. At no point will we ask what colour underwear you have on.

What do we use your information for?

Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:

- To personalize your experience (your information helps us to better respond to your individual needs)

- To send periodic emails(different from ‘period emails’ - which may contain pictures of ladies in long dresses, drinking tea)

The email address you provide for order processing, will only be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your order (no penis extension promotions. Sorry).

All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway provider’s database, only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required tokeep the information confidential.

Your private information including all credit or debit card details will not be stored by Crashpadder Ltd, either on our servers or as a hard copy. This message will self-destruct in 5 - 4 - 3 …obviously it won’t really.

Do we use cookies?

Yes.

Cookies are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your computer’s hard drive, through your Web browser (if you allow) that enables the sites or service providers systems to recognize your browser and capture and remember certain information.

We use cookies to help us remember and process your bookings and suchlike.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. When it comes to outside parties we would always recommend taking a cardigan or jacket along with you.

Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our site and welcome any feedback about these sites - hopefully they won’t have any boobies or willies on them.

Because we value your privacy we have taken the necessary precautions to be in compliance with the California Online Privacy Protection Act. We therefore will not distribute your personal information to outside parties without your consent.

As part of the California Online Privacy Protection Act, all users of our site may make any changes to their information at anytime by logging in and going to the 'Edit Profile' page.

We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act), we do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our website, products and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older. Unfortunately having childish sense of humour is not covered by this act. Poo. Wee.
