Email issues 99.9% fixed!

We are very nearly there with these pesky email display issues. It now appears that the problem is limited to a few users who use Outlook to access work email addresses – Hotmail, Gmail, Aol, Yahoo et. al. are fine.

Please let us know ASAP if you’re still seeing gibberish and we’ll get it fixed for you.

Weird emails

Hey guys – we redesigned some of our emails back on Friday and it seems that, as a result, they are appearing as gibberish for a small number of you. Rest assured our Technical Wizard is currently working feverishly to correct the issue – check back later today for an update..!

Payment problems

We’re sorry for those of you who have experienced problems making bookings in the last few days. This has been due to an issue with Paypal, our payment processor. The good news is that a solution now seems close at hand, and we hope to be back up and running later today.

Thanks for your patience!

And here’s the 1,600th room, Thanks Edith!

And now, as promised, is your T.S. Eliot quotation:

“We shall not cease from exploration
And the end of all our exploring
Will be to arrive where we started
And know the place for the first time.”
-Little Gidding, T.S.Eliot

Ta-da!
